April 21, 2022 — (Chattanooga, TN): Setter Maddyson “Maddy” McGaughey has signed with Union College of Barbourville, Kentucky to play volleyball for the Bulldogs.
A graduating senior, Maddy just finished the 2022 club season as Setter for Georgia Adrenaline Volleyball Club’s 18s team, coached by club director Lisa White Davis.
Maddyson has played club volleyball for four years, with the last two years being for Georgia Adrenaline. She has played school ball since she was in 5th grade. For most of her school career, she played as Defensive Specialist. However, during her junior year, she began setting and has played as a Setter since then.
Maddyson graduates with a GPA of 3.85, and plans on majoring in exercise science to pursue a career in physical therapy.
